Shipping policy

Shipping Time Frames

Each Teel Fan will be ready to ship based on the time noted next to the product when you place your order. We will send your complete order when your last product is ready to send. 

For example an order with 1 Classic Teel Fan *Ships Today* & 2 XLong Teel Fan Pairs *Ships in 1-2 Weeks* -  all fans will ship in 1-2 weeks from when your order was placed. If you would like your items sent in multiple packages, please contact us to receive an invoice for additional shipping charges. 

At checkout, you can also choose from three shipping speeds (Economy, Standard, & Express). Each option has a listed time frame (ie: 7-10 days, etc). Please note these time frames do not include any delays due to customs or shipping company delays. If you have any questions, please email us at designs@victoriateel.com . 

Processing Times

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. 

You will receive the following email notifications after your order is placed:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Shipment Confirmation with Tracking Number
  • Delivery Notification

Shipping Tips

Please make sure your shipping address and name is in English letters as our shipping companies will not accept address in any other letters & this will cause delays. 

Teel Designs is not responsible for any shipping addresses or phone numbers entered incorrectly at check out. Please double check your order confirmation email to ensure your information is correct. If you need to change any information, please email us asap at designs@victoriateel.com. This will keep your package from being delayed. 

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19 some international destinations are not receiving packages from the USA. You can check your shipping availability at checkout or email us at designs@victoriateel.com. 

We usually ship all international packages vis USPS or UPS. At check out, you will be offered three speeds of shipping that fit best with your timeline. Please keep in mind the timelines do not include customs delays. 

International Customers (outside of the USA): Please keep in mind import taxes & custom duties may be charged by your country when you receive your package. The rates vary based on the receiving country & are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is returned to Teel Designs for unpaid custom fees/import taxes, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. We are happy to refund the cost of the fans (if you would not like the order resent to you) or customers can pay a new shipping fee for us to send the package to them again.

International Economy Shipping:

If timeliness is important for your order (ie: your show coming up soon, etc), we highly suggest choosing the Standard International or Express Shipping options. We have had great success with these options and the packages are fully trackable. 

We are happy to offer a more economical shipping option for our international customers however there are a few details that are important for our customers to know. First, this shipping is not fully trackable in all countries and can experience delays. Teel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Teel Designs will process refunds International Economy Orders that are lost only after 75 days from the shipment date. This will provide adequate time for any delays due to the shipment company to resolve. If customers see a halt in the package movement, we encourage them to reach out to their local government-run post office to investigate the package. We can help provide as much information as possible to the customer to help with the investigation. If the package has left the USA, unfortunately our shipping company cannot investigate the package location as tracking is not guaranteed outside of the USA & out of their control. .
