The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept returns or exchanges on dancewear and tees within 14 days of delivery and tags still attached. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to popularity and supply of styles we cannot guarantee exchanges but if you would like to see if an item is available please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of Teel Fans.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We usually ship all international packages USPS Priority Mail as they include tracking and insurance in case anything happens with the package. These packages normally arrive in 6-10 days from shipping date but can vary depending on country. If you would like a more economical option for your international package please reach out to email@example.com before placing your order. Please note if you choose to send your package First Class, we are unable to insure or track the package and are not responsible if the package is lost.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM TEEL FAN ORDERS?
Yes we are able to accomodate most custom orders. Pricing for custom orders is as follows:
- Single Teel Fan: $80
- Pair of Teel Fans: $160
*Shipping charge is not included.
Depending on availability we may be able to do bulk custom orders. If you are interested in custom Teel Fans please email firstname.lastname@example.org and use the subject: Custom Order.
Please note custom orders usually take between 4-6 weeks to create and deliver to customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation from Big Cartel once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent from Paypal once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order History and view past orders and current orders that you have placed. Tracking is only available for the US and Canada at this time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
