The TEEL FAN origin

The Teel Fan was created in Victoria's living room over 10 years ago! She wanted a unique fan that would fill the stage & show off amazing fan techniques. After drawing many designs, testing prototypes, & finessing the details, the Teel Fan was born! Teel Fans are known for their unique size as well as their beautiful ombres & luxurious feel. All Teel Fans have larger than average fan handles giving them a nice feeling. We do not publish our Teel Fan dimensions as it is part of our secret sauce. However, below you can find helpful guides to choose the best fan for your dancing needs, height, & more.

TEEL FAN OPTIONS

We have three types of Teel Fans available:
The Classic Teel Fan is a single fan that is right handed. The tail is a medium length that is a perfect balance of enough silk to flutter, but not too much to tangle. If you would like a left handed version, feel free to email us at designs@victoriateel.com & we can make it especially for you! 

The Classic Teel Fan Pair is a set of one right handed & one left handed Teel Fan with the medium length tail.

The XLong Teel Fan Pair is a set of one right handed & one left handed Teel Fan, but with an extra special twist - a longer tail! This really creates beautiful large movements while you dance & flow! 

TEEL FANS & DANCER HEIGHT

Afraid the Teel Fans might be too short or too long for your height? No worries!

If you are under 5' (152cm), we do suggest the Classic Teel Fan length for you as the XLong Teel Fan can feel a little overwhelming. 

If you are between 5' & 5' 11" (152-180cm), both lengths of fans are great! 

If you are 5'11" (180cm) or taller, the XLong Teel Fans are recommneded as they will give you a nice large movements. 

For reference, Victoria is about 5' 5" (165cm) & she loves using both sizes. You can see her using both sizes of Teel Fans on her Instagram page. 

TEEL FANS & DANCING VENUES 

Classic Teel Fans are a bit shorter than the XLong Teel Fans, making each one better suited for different venues.
