The short answer: unhemmed edges! Our designer, Victoria Teel, tested many fans on her journey & found unhemmed silk works the best for creating beautiful dances & flows. To help you with any silk care questions, Victoria will share with you her care guide on how her unhemmed fans have lasted years of heavy use with some simple care steps. You will receive the care guide in your package.

I loved them! good quality, the silk is beautiful, when I practice with them, I really like the drape of the silk and how wavy the movements look, they are the first fans that I order in teels design, I have already worked with the small size fans, but I have been delighted with these, without a doubt I will ask for more, I also bought the first volume of the course and I have learned new things and improved. Elegant Teel Fan

The White Knight is my second classic Teel fan which I purchased to coordinate with certain costumes. The silk is very high quality and moves like a dream. The quality and construction of these fans never disappoints. I am new to fan veil technique. If you have the right fan you can work wonders onstage!

Absolutely love my Teel Fans!

I absolutely love my Teel fan veils! I have been dancing with a Teel fan for probably 8 years now, because I love Teel fan technique; so I’m on my 4th or 5th fan now. My older, well-loved fans are still “alive” and used for classes and practice — they hold up to hours and hours of practice. Not only do Teel fans look great, and last a long time, they feel good in the hand; the smooth staves open and close smoothly, making intricate moves easier. I can’t say enough about the fans I’ve ordered over the years from Victoria.
